Wakuda
When Marina Bay Sands approached us for Wakuda, the brief was clear: create content that shows the restaurant as vibrant and welcoming, not exclusive or unapproachable. But there was a constraint: they couldn't close for filming.

Honoring Shun Through Split Production: Our Wakuda Approach
For Wakuda at Marina Bay Sands, we built a campaign around Japan's four seasons. Wakuda follows Shun: the philosophy of savoring ingredients at their seasonal peak. Our director used seasonal transitions to connect daytime energy with nighttime intimacy, creating a natural framework that honored the restaurant's core values.
This treatment required capturing both atmospheres without disrupting service. We designed a split shoot strategy: a session before opening for Spring and Summer content, and a night session after closing for Autumn and Winter moods.
Through careful coordination and precise planning, we filmed everything across one calendar day while guests dined completely unaware.
The result: a visual library that honors both philosophy and operations.
