Our team arrives with all equipment tested and calibrated. We follow the approved shot list while leaving room for creative opportunities on set. You receive a same-day preview of selects for immediate sign-off on key shots.

Post-production

Colour grading, skin retouching, background cleanup, compositing and format conversions applied to your brand standards. Every image is checked against the original brief before delivery.

Delivery

Final files are delivered via cloud link, organised by category and platform. We provide a naming convention and usage guide so your team can deploy images immediately without additional prep work.

Can you shoot both product stills and lifestyle images in the same session?

Yes. We plan hybrid sessions regularly, blocking studio time for clean product shots and location or styled setups for lifestyle images in a single day. This is the most efficient way to build a complete visual library from one shoot.

Can you produce a full image library, not just a handful of hero shots?

Yes. Most clients commission a package that includes hero images, supporting angles, detail crops and social-ready formats. We scope the shot list during pre-production so nothing is missed and every image earns its keep across your channels.

Do you provide art direction and styling?

Yes. We handle art direction, prop sourcing and set styling in-house. For food shoots, we work with dedicated food stylists. For lifestyle and campaign work, we source wardrobe, talent and locations as part of the pre-production scope.

Can you match our existing brand guidelines and visual identity?

Yes. We review your brand book, colour palette and reference imagery before every shoot. Retouching is calibrated to your brand standards so the final images integrate seamlessly with your existing marketing materials.

What do you need from us to get started?

A brief covering the shoot purpose, number of products or subjects, intended usage (web, print, social, e-commerce) and any reference images. We handle everything else from creative planning through to final delivery.

Can you work to a fixed delivery deadline?

Yes. Standard turnaround for retouched images is five to seven working days. Express delivery is available for campaign-critical timelines. We confirm all deadlines before production begins and flag risks early.

What usage rights do we get with the final images?

You receive full, perpetual usage rights for all delivered images. This covers your website, e-commerce listings, social media, print advertising, packaging and partner distributions. No additional licensing fees apply.

How do review rounds work?

You receive a curated selection of images for review. We include two rounds of retouching revisions as standard. Feedback is tracked clearly and most revision cycles are completed within two working days.

Can you produce images formatted for different platforms and aspect ratios?

Yes. We deliver master files in high resolution and provide cropped, resized versions for specific platforms: square for Instagram, 16:9 for web banners, vertical for Stories, and CMYK conversions for print. These are scoped upfront so there are no surprises.

Do you shoot on location as well as in studio?

Yes. We shoot in studio for controlled product and food work, and on location for interiors, events, hospitality and lifestyle photography. For location shoots, we conduct a site recce to plan lighting and logistics in advance.
